This is a fantastic opportunity to gain insights and release weight.  This is an 8 week group seminar that addresses emotions, self-talk and eating.  Each session involves teaching, discussion and hypnosis. Materials and CD included.  This is a small group seminar format so register now by emailing your contact information or calling 519-814-2222 ($50 deposit is required for registration).  $350 +HST for all 8 group sessions and one personalized session if paid in advance.  You can pay as you go...$50 per session which includes one free individual session scheduled at your convenience once you have paid for all eight sessions.

Learn how to have a more peaceful and relaxed birth with HypnoBirthing®!  HypnoBirthing® is a method and a philosophy that promotes the idea that babies can and should be born in a calm, gentle and joyful manner.  Through deep relaxation, self-hypnosis and education, a woman is well-prepared mentally, physically and spiritually to listen to her body and use her natural instincts to safely birth her baby in a more comfortable, gentle, calm and joyous manner.  Giving birth is a normal, natural and joyful experience.  A woman’s body is beautifully and perfectly designed to give birth.

 

Register now by emailing your contact information or calling 519-814-2222.  The cost is $300 +HST (including materials) for the expectant mom and her birthing companion.  This 5 week workshop includes a text, handouts and a relaxation CD.  A $50 deposit is required for registration.  Check your work benefits to see if a Registered Social Worker is covered.

Hypnosis is a wonderful tool to use for relaxation, stress management and achieving goals.  Learn how to do self-hypnosis, the benefits, how to create suggestions and how to see yourself at your goal.  Discussion and hypnosis each session.  This is a small group seminar format.  Register now by emailing your contact information or calling 519-814-2222.  $150 +HST for all four sessions, to be paid by the start date.  $40 to be submitted upon registration.
